Vehicle Fleet Services Match+ Offer is valid for 7 days, any desired vehicle evaluation after that time period will need to be resubmitted for review.  If there are undisclosed items, your vehicle fails to meet the conditions as stated in your mobile inspection, or the vehicle description set forth in the conditional Match+ Offer does not match with the physical vehicle upon possible requested inspection, VFS may adjust or rescind the conditional Match+ Offer, at our discretion, at any time and for any reason.  Seller states and agrees that the vehicle VIN matches the title and is the original VIN issued from the manufacturer.  Seller agrees to disclose any previous replaced or damaged drivetrain related components. Seller agrees that the vehicle odometer has not been altered and is actual mileage, will inform VFS of any remaining mechanical warranties along with disclosure of any details related to major vehicle damage history such as a total loss event, rebuilt title, hail, fire, flood or salvage/lemon vehicle history that has occurred to the vehicle.  VFS may require a 3rd party vehicle inspection to be performed before an official agreement to purchase has been finalized (inspection fee will be deducted from the Match+ Offer; not to exceed $250).  Vehicle ownership verification along with lienholder payoff details are required before payment can be completed.  Online vehicle evaluations are for informational purposes and are not considered a binding offer.  Once our vehicle history, ownership and inspection processes have been completed your final Match+ Offer commitment will be issued.  The seller represents and warrants when submitting information for a Match+ Offer on www.vehiclefleetservices.com with the intent to pursue the sale of a vehicle that all information supplied during the vehicle evaluation process is accurate, up-to-date, and complete.
